This notice explains how we use the details you give us when you register your interest in the nansa Founding Agency Programme.
Who we are
nansa is a product of Niletech Ltd, registered in Scotland (company number SC770335). Niletech Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number C1385586) and is the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
Your name, work email address, agency name, number of branches, whether you work in sales, lettings or both, and, if you choose to give them, your current CRM and any comments you write in the free-text box.
Why we use it
To contact you about the nansa Founding Agency Programme and to understand what agencies want from a CRM. We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first, and we do not sell them.
Our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests. We have a legitimate interest in replying to agencies that ask about the programme and in using their feedback to decide what we build. We have considered the impact on you, which is limited to an occasional business email about the programme, and you can object at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We use service providers, such as hosting and email providers, who process them on our instructions and only to run the programme. We do not share them with other agencies.
Transfers outside the UK
If a service provider handles your details outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK’s approved international data transfer terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while the Founding Agency Programme is open and while we are in touch with you. If you do not become a customer, we delete them within 12 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
